What are your postage time frames?

We aim to post your items within 24 to 48 hours after payment. Rest assured you will get an email with tracking information when you make an order and can follow your parcels journey via the link in that email.

Do you accept returns?

We are a small business and do not have the capacity to accept returns, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please make sure you’re 100% sure with your choice before you purchase.

Are the reviews real?

Yes! Every review used by Underrated Canberra has been sourced online, most often from Google Reviews or Tripadvisor.
